Use

Tools I use on a daily basis:

• Augment Code - Excellent AI code agent, a plugin for most famous IDEs: IntelliJ IDEA, VS Code.
• Cursor - The AI Code Editor, most popular at the moment, shines when you provide it with clear and detailed instructions. THIS IS NOT A PLUGIN FOR IDE, but a standalone editor.

Evaluate

Tools that look promising and need evaluation:

• Cline - Collaborative AI partner that’s open source. Very popular. It is a plugin for VS Code.
• v0 - Helps in bootstrapping new web projects.
• Replit - Cloud-based IDE, trying to standardize software building process with AI. Has potential.
• Firebase Studio - Google cloud-based IDE integrated with GCP services. Optimized for Web development.
